The Instructor
Jacques Bertrand
Jacques Bertrand is an associate professor in the Department of Accounting Sciences at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Doctorate in business administration, Mr. Bertrand is also a member of the Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec and a regular member of the Laboratoire de Recherche en Information Comptable des Organisations (LaRico). His research work focuses on organizational performance management, risk management, innovation management and governance mechanisms in SMEs.
